SupportBase

SupportBase is based on OpenBase's internal software for tracking support cases.

Here is how it works: Customers send email to an email account at your company when they want support. SupportBase automatically fetches the email from your pop server, saves it in a support database, forwards the mail to support representatives and sends a confirmation to the customer. Support representatives respond through the same email address allowing responses to be both archived in the database and forwarded to the customer.

SupportBase history and management tools can be accessed through an OpenBase Forms application. Through this application you can see open support tickets, track bugs & feature requests, view conversation threads and search historical information.

SupportBase is written in OpenScript and OpenBase Forms. Full source code is provided so it can be integrated into other systems.
